All adult enrollees that have insurance coverage provided by Gundersen Lutheran Health Plan (“the Plan”) are given the opportunity to nominate an enrollee member to serve on the Health Plan Board of Directors.
Any adult enrollee may nominate another adult enrollee for a Director position on the Gundersen Lutheran Health Plan Board of Directors by completing a nomination form that is available from the Plan.
Linda Sullivan has been elected to a three-year term on the company’s Board of Directors. The annual meeting was March 19, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Her term begins immediately. Gary Lenth, M.D., Ronald Pugh, and Michael Dolan, current Board Directors, have been re-elected to a three-year term. |
